Return Policy


Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any made-to-order items, and a 10% restocking fee for all other items which will be deducted from the amount of your refund, 

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** Please note that Pebble Tec pools, pool decks, rocks and rough surfaces can damage the print and/or fabric. Cape Cali cannot be responsible for tails that have holes or rips due to misuse**

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges:

To exchange, first create a return for the unwanted item(s), and then purchase the desired item(s) through www.capecali.com.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Duties/Taxes/VAT charges - International Customers

Cape Cali does NOT include any extraneous charges in the price of any product and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duty, tax or VAT.
